Hi,

I have been on a vegetarian diet for the past 2 months and have lost 3 pounds. I have also eliminated dairy from my diet, but have continued to eat eggs about once a week.

I used to belong to a gym, but haven't for a few months now. I am trying to get into the habit of walking for at least 15 minutes per day.

I would love to hear some of your weight loss stories, and would also love some great vegan recipes.

I weight 155 pounds and my goal is to lose 20 pounds and to learn how to keep it off. I do not eat anything with high fructose corn syrup, but I still eat cookies occasionally. I buy organic cookies, so at least the ingredients are okay, but I know I have to learn to stop eating sugary deserts.
