Ok so I didnt lose or gain anything from yesterdays increased carbs, could 29 be the magic number of carbs for my life time maintenance??? Who knows but I am glad I didnt really go way up in weight gain thats for sure. I keep doing self talk and saying "You can do this" when I come up to a craving or difficult decision like a temptation.
