Not too bad considering the temptations of Christmas Cookies and Candies. My wife has been a good example to me and an encouragement. Plus I have been able to keep going with my exercise program even though we have company and our schedules are messed up. Now I wonder what delayed reaction the cookies will bring for next week's weigh in.
