aaaw don't stress it's christmas! The one week of the year we should not worry about gaining in my opinion :)
Try having a piece of fruit or smoothie for breakfast rather than skipping so you can kick start your metabolism!

Thanks. I didn't feel hungry till midday and then I had tomato and pepper soup.
