Went to nutritionist yesterday. All good and was surprised with waist measurement. I finally made it! Waist was 29.4 "!! Biceps L 12", R 11.5", Hips 35", Thighs L21.7,R21.8. I was a bit surprised that biceps weren't a bit bigger as I've been really concentrating on building upper body. I can visibly see a difference though, Ive got that cut across bicep which I love. We are beginning to prepare for a huge trip in our RV this summer so I want to be in a good place nutritional and fitness wise. I'm feeling good about where I'm at so far.

Redporch, thank you! I have adjusted WOE to include lots of fresh foods and it seems to be helping my waist measurements. I notice when I eat too much processed foods I get puffy. Hope you are doing well! 💜💪🏼
