Glad I took on both these challenges.....still have 2 more weeks to go on the walking challenge & will try to keep up the reduced alcoholic beverages challenge on my own unless it runs again, then i will join yet again! Good challenges for sure & helped keep me on track even when i had a few bad days due to family/work stress and felt all hope was lost! Made it thru those few stressful days and am ready to get back at it! Believe i have lost 2 lbs so far & am looking forward to shedding even more during the walking challenge!
