Gym 9-10 a.m. 5. 50 mg vitamin C, 1 multvitamin, 2 omega fish oil, 1 advil, 1 tumeric. 6. Apple for lunch- 2 bottles of 500ml water. 7. Beef Stew for dinner. 8. 1 orange, 1 apple snake. 9. Melatonin 50mg.
