1st week down with no carbs from breads, fruit etc. 1st day I had a headache, but now I feel okay. I didn't update my scale before the challenge. I had a horrible weekend before and my scale had gone up to 207. Today, I weigh 202.5. I say the new diet will work. I feel that I will make my goal of being below 200 pounds before the year is over. Maybe by this week. If that is the case. I will do my best to do make smart choices during the Christmas Eve Party, Christmas Day Dinner. One can can only try to.
202.5 lb Lost so far: 30.5 lb.    Still to go: 27.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
