This is my week to get under 200. I was looking back on a fitness challenge me and my husband had two years ago and I am up in weight almost 5lbs. Disappointing.

I ran for 2 miles straight last night, a first for me. It about killed me but I focused on the person running infront of me every step they took and it kept me going. Not to mention the pregnant girl next to me who was running helped me to run. :) I am really determined to get under 200 this week and keep that weight off.

2 Miles? you are a rock star....running is not easy for me at all, I can't even run a mile, way to go.
