I like to make soup. Chicken breast, roasted Yukon potatoes, celery, roasted grape tomatoes, bone broth, pepper, 1/4 cup of a mild curry sauce and a few dashes of turmeric and curry spices.

Thank you ! It was (is) delicious. I made 8 cups of soup, a serving is 2 cups with less than 240 calories, about 24 grams protein and only 163 mg of sodium. 1/10th the sodium of most canned off the shelf soup. The 1/4 cup jarred curry sauce was for the whole batch not per serving. That sauce packs a lot of flavor. The bone broth was some I had frozen from my last chicken carcass.
