9st 6 (2 off at WW and that was after dinner where last week I weighed in before eating, so phew!) I was one of very few who'd actually tried the new plan, and altho I went over the points by a long way at the weekend, it did at least get me back into the old propoints, which I tracked alongside out of curiosity, as well as the calories on here, which for the first few days I thought were too low for me and not sustainable. And there's no way I'll be able to negotiate all the brown food at Christmas on the new system, so I think I'll stick with the old one till the new year. Glad to see a loss this week tho, a relief to be back on target. Happy Christmas one and all, next weigh in Boxing Day, gulp!!
