Happy Friday!
I signed up for this site a long time ago, and visit and record weight and track food once in a while.
I quit smoking 3 weeks ago and i (of course) started eating like a mad person! :( i was on the 'SEE FOOD' diet, but enough is enough. I will weigh myself tomorrow morning and im scared! :-/
So today instead of eating all the candy in the bowl at work, i am drinking hot green tea with splenda. Does anyone have awesome tips?

I can't be eating like a mad woman anymore! Everytime in the past i quit smoking i started eating and that's why i went back to smoking... but not this time!!
So yeah... I am praying that i can stick with the plan this time. I havent been able to go to the gym as much i would like to lately but I am thinking about exercising at home, i have a Jillian Michaels dvd that should do in the mornings.. (ouch).

Congrats on quitting smoking! I quit, I guess a year and a half ago? I guess it was around March of 2010 and have not looked back. Let me know if you are struggling with wanting to quit. I might be able to give some helpful pointers.

Thank you studmagic! i am actually doing pretty good on the quit! the only struggle has been the food, which i am finally trying to go back to my old eating habits, healthier, without eating the entire bowl of candy, the vending machine and an extra large box of cherios all in one sitting! :D Thank you! :)
