Didn't start eating until 4pm today. Ate my pound of salad while i cooked my pound of greens.
The kale simmered on the stove for 20 minutes with an onion...then i added the leftover lentils and kidney beans from yesterday (1/2 cup of each).

The more i learn about these things the better i understand how it is that our bodies are amazing and complex machines that survived by evolving the mechanism to switch fuels for energy during food scarcity. I think people need to take a step back and see the big picture.
