Yesterday, I met my new trainer. This would be my 3rd on for this year. She kick my ass. It was nice to feel the soreness from a great workout. My trainer wants to change my diet to a full on ketosis diet. High protein and high fat to low to no carbs. I will give it a month. Yesterday, I had a headache, today I can only do my best. Wish me luck and strength for the holiday season. Merry Christmas all!
