I have never been a "i'm going to eat because i'm bored person" but the last few weeks that is exactly what has been going on. Well as of yesterday that stoped! I ditch all soda and drink 2 cups of hot tea in the morning for my caffeine and then water the rest of the day. and TODAY i start back exercising my daughter wants to go walk the dam at our near by lake to one end and back is 3 miles. I know i cant just jump up and expect me to get it going all the way the first time but i'm going to try to go as far as i can today.
