Weighed first thing this am 135.5, walked the dog about 1/4 mile. its 840am and had 5 cups of coffee w/5 teaspoons of sugar.
136.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
