Gained a lb thanks to work providing too much food. Work gave us steamed rice, red beans, salad, grilled chicken, corn, and a bread roll for our lunch and kinda just slapped a bunch on our plate. Hopefully today and onward I can get my weight under control. Difficult time of the year with Holiday foods etc around but it is still possible. Right now my biggest fault is not getting the motivation to get out of bed, eat something for a breakfast and get my cardio or strength training on. I work a 3-12am job so it is difficult. Someone Spirit Bomb me some energy here to get a move on!
Not understanding this workout addition to my daily activities to my weight loss progress. I don't see how I am burning over 2000 calories from sitting at a work desk all night for 8-9 hours?? Someone explain. For now I may still use my other app to watch my weight loss more closely until I can figure things out.
