Chowdah's Journal, 09 December 2015

Planned out my meals. Can't eat anything other than what was planned. So hard. I get out of work at 6:30 and am RAVENOUS by the time I get home. For me, THAT'S when I make my mistakes, eating anything that's already prepared just for the sake of eating. Anyone else have this dilema?

Not sure what plan you're on but I highly recommend low carb to get rid of hunger and cravings. I've tried literally everything and many plans CAN work BUT I was miserable on so many. Being hungry is no fun and quality of life sucked. I know I must sound like a broken record but maybe worth looking into....

Rckc, I'm reducing my carbs, trying to eat lower-fat proteins and doing a 5:2 fasting diet. i.e. 5 days at/below RDI (with carbs and fats kept in check) and 2 days at/below 600kcals (lots of planning go into those two days to keep it healthy and satisfying). The days I get out of work at 6:30 are just such a BIG span of time between lunch and supper that it KILLS me and I feel famished by supper. It's o.k., I'll work it out. THANK YOU for caring and sharing :)
