Hello to all my buddies. This week is a little better than last, I am not as stressed. The weight is still not shifting but I am okay with that as my eating has bern a bit erratic. I have a sore back snd can't exercise much. It is a old injury playing up. I am trying to keep my eating more stable this week. Have a good week all.
