Slow day at work means a good day at work but not a lot of steps. Have to get busy. I lost some more inches yeah me 😎

Have lost about 3 pant sizes, and bmi was 44.3% when I started here and now it’s at 38.1% that’s a 6.2% drop.

Yay for lost inches!! It's good to actually see the results of pounds gone rather than just a number on the scale.
