I didn't get home from work and grocery shopping until 6pm, so i ate my first food of the day between 6:30 and 7 pm. Sat down and ate 1 pound of steamed broccoli (with rice vinegar and dijon mustard sauce); then i finished my soup from yesterday. it was chilly at work...which was great for burning calories :)
