I should have eaten this for breakfast yesterday! 🍀 I’ve begun to focus on sodium to see if it makes a difference in daily weight fluctuations. The American Heart Association recommends no more than 2300mg daily - it is so easy to go over that!

I focus on salt too and it often gets me. Avoiding processed foods is the key for me when I succeed.

That is the same for me! I looked at my diary yesterday and I had just over 2000mg of sodium, and over 500mg was from fat free cottage cheese for dinner! I’m going to finish off the current tub and not replenish for a while and try to find a brand that is lower in sodium and that the Yuka app likes!
