I can say that im am happy with my self this is day 2 sinc I started back walking/ jogging. I don't feel any burn yet but when I do I need to keep pushing. My biggest fear is when I start to feel the burn I will quiet. I hope that I don't. Also im using this 30 app trying different exercises and since its December 1st im going to keep it up until june. I will need encouragement like crazy. I feel sometimes I cant do it but this weight wont fall off on its own so this time im going to give it my all. Plus my knees randomly started to hurt and that only means one thing IM GETTING FAT!!!!!! so this is where I draw the line!!! also I have to get out of this line of work and back to a regular schedule. doing live in 24 hours a day 5 days a week is cool but I can eat when ever I want and I really need to stop that. so when I get back home im going to start to look for other sources of income. I may start now lol
