Its been almost 3 months since I had my baby girl. I've been starting back to running and working out in the gym. I've also started counting calories for the first time ever. It's not as hard as I thought and I'm getting used to it. I've lost 3lbs already: 1lbs a week and I hope to continue loosing a pound a week until I weigh 143lbs and at that time I will set a new goal, either weight loss or a fitness goal (half marathon).
