Today felt amazing! While my son was in ball practice I headed over to the gym and hit the treadmill hard for 15 min, and it felt good to sweat again, tomorrow I will wake up and get back to my stadium run, I'm still athletic i just fell off hard, but it wasn't that long ago i was sprinting the stadium, Im gonna get back
