Totally lost control over the summer. Too much stress eating ballooned me right back to my pre start weight (up 13 pounds). Started back 9n track today and feeling good about it. Makes my life feel in order to eat healthy and say no to snacks. I want to lose 7 pounds of this by Christmas so wish me luck.
