Eat less...gain weight. That can't be right.
165.4 lb Lost so far: 11.6 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.4 lb a week

any exercise? if youre putting on new muscle it weighs more than fat

Hello marc303. Always exersise - it's that more than food control that has sorted out the weight issues. I am familiar with muscle and fat weight but on this occasion I made a concerted effort to reduce calories (alcohol-based) and expectations were that I would see some benefit. Body fat % is also measured and this showed a slight increase. Onward and upwards... (or should that be downwards?)
