I finally tried kimchi! (I resisted because it doesn’t look that appetizing to me.) Turns out I like it…and now I have three pounds to eat. 😂 I invite all kimchi meal ideas! I had it with brown rice for lunch today. It’s low cal and good for the gut!

Kimchi soup or kimchi stew is delicious and so easy to make! That’s what I do when I am tired of eating it straight. I get the big containers from Costco too, lol

Thank you! I will definitely try making some soup - I saw a couple of recipes online that look super easy. It was good with the rice and I’ve been eating it just plain, but I think that will get old fast!

You got to start from one of the best brands! Note it has shrimp paste in it, mainstream American kimchi won't have it

@Anna I threw away two other jars in my fridge after I bought this one - they were just ok, but I thought life is too short to eat kimchi that is just ok. 😄 (I really hate throwing out food.)

So true! There is one kimchi with an octopus too, but you can only try it in Korea. It is in my bucket list 😍
