Whew! 1 hr. 45 min. workout! :D I just finished the Piloxing dvd, stopped it just as it gets to the floor exercises (at 50 min.) and put it the Piloxing toning express dvd for the intense arms/shoulders/butt/thighs/abs workouts and stretching for 55 min. I love days like this when I feel strong. hahaha... funny thing is I actually forgot to eat breakfast first. ===================================================================================== Well, I'm having the issue with making paragraphs still, so bear with me. As I posted on my FB yesterday, apparently I had a great time on our anniversary! That's pretty much all I'm sayin' ;D (winky face with a shit-eating grin) Life is GOOD (but I'm still not weighing in yet! too much food, too much beer) Have a great day!

Look at you go girl..a whole hour and 45 mins. and I would be colasped on the floor..you are strong girl...I bet you did have a good time on your anniversary. ( Wink,Wink) :0)...I hear ya about too much food and not enough exercise..I feel like I have been lost on a roller coaster for a month now...getting back to business come Wed...Have a great evening .......Bren
