Today's happenings: - Calm day overall. - Slight hiccup at the end of the workday. Steps were taken to attempt to rectify the situation. Will see results on Monday. - Had a delicious dinner that allowed me to eat a bit more ice cream than planned. The new ice cream was superbly delicious. - Did not give into temptation and devour the (expensive) hot chocolate or chili or cookies offered at tonight's event. - Only two cups of water were drank today. Need to work on drinking more! - Nearly three cups of peppermint tea was consumed. - Today's lunch was very unsatisfying and did not suffice.
Tomorrow's goals: - No binging! - Log at least 10k steps. - Drink 8+ cups of water. - Stretch for 5 minutes in morning. - Attend Civic Center event.
