Todays happenings: - Calm day overall. Forgoing technology proved to be immensely helpful in decreasing stress levels. - Work passed without any untoward events. - Discovered a new brand of low calorie ice cream which will be tasted tomorrow. - No food was consumed after 4pm. - 8 cups of water were consumed. - 3 cups of yummy Earl Grey hot tea were consumed.
Tomorrow's goals: - 5 minutes of stretching in the morning. - Walk for a minimum of 30 minutes regardless of weather. - Log a minimum of 10k steps. - Attend downtown parade.
