I've been on Atkins for 2 weeks this Wednesday and have been faithful. I am wondering when I will go into ketosis. I took a test and it's trace to small. What can I do to kick it in high gear???

I wish there was a hard and fast answer usually within the two weeks of induction. I will tell you this I peeked at your food calander and there is barely enough info to give you any ideas about why your are not further along. You have to jornal that food or we can't help you very spicificly. but what i did see, is that you are not eatting your 12-15 net carbs of foundation vegies, and you are also eatting non-acceptable induction foods. ie...atkin bars. They will slow you down at this point i would stay away from them. Boost your vegies and fat and you'll be in ketosis in no time! good luck!

Thanks. I didn't know I couldn't eat the bars in induction. That makes me sad.
