Had another check in with my doctor today because after the last weigh in which was really great (on 1300 calories) my period suddenly came before it was due, I was extremely fatigued and ravenous. apparently my fats were too low and carbs where too high. the low fats caused my hormones to be irregular which brought on the fatigue and the period. so readjusting again until I get it right. so I suppose all the years (over 20 years) of low fat dieting I'm finding it hard to unlearn that my body needs the healthy fats. need to figure out how to implement it

It's great you're consulting your doctor. Too many people here like to take the long way round and listen to all the free advice, too easily.

listen to the profesionals.I was also a bit busy looking which food type can help me with bloodcirculation and help wounds faster I hide my head for a year so its a bit of hard time forward am starting officaly on Friday🤞with permant night duty as well till the leg healed I understand it can take 6-12 months

Hi Zfred, what is your daily marcos ( protein, carbs, fat) ? What is your height, weight, age and activity level? Also on what level of stress you are according 10 points scale ?

I had the same thing and after coming early it stayed for an extra 3 weeks. My healthy fat intake was high. Doctor said my calories were too low at 1100 and that it was probably that combined with extreme stress at the time.
