okay so when i woke up this morning I realized I hadnt moved all night, my honey was already gone and I was drooling. I havent slept that hard in a while. When I was in the shower it was hard to lift my arms towash my own hair! whats up with that?. I thought I would feel energized after a day of veggies and chicken!!! I feel sooo tired.
can I have that NF SF VANILLA LATE?? WILL IT HELP???

Don't do it!!!!!! You will regret it immediately and a caffeine boost is NOT what you need. Try doing a little exercise, like a quick walk, that will energize you for hours instead of zapping you with a short burst, just to be followed by a crash the caffeine will cause. Adding a little exercise and staying on track with your food AND beverage choices WILL give you more energy if you stick with it for a few days. Keep on truckin and don't give in for that need you THINK you have for caffeine. GOOD LUCK!!!!

i disagree! if you are used to having some caffeine and that's what sounds good to you right now i say go for it! it's not the best thing, but i still need a good kick of it every now and again :) good luck

ps, the first 3 days I did this diet (both times) I felt like I had the flu, really tired, etc... but on the 4th I felt miraculous...you'll see, It sounds like you were probably ADDICTED to carbs/ sugars like me and your body is going through withdrawls.... just a though :)

thanks guys! I ended up taking a quick nap, ate an orange and drank some green tea, which has a little caffine. I felt good. Then ate lunch, salmon and feta on lettuce cups. yum! but i am starting to feel dizzy and sluggish. I will just up the fruit abit instead of caving in all together. its bueatiful outside today and would love to get that walk in too. This is really great being able to talk with ya'all and get tips and ecouragement. cant wait til day four! -D
