Here it is the day before my 35th birthday. I should be skinny and healthy but I'm not. It's time for me to get my act together and be accountable for me. I was at this stage in life a little over 5 years ago and took drastic measures to loose weight. Now I have made all these changes and look where I am again. It's time to be accountable for me. I want to start drinking more water, eating more protein, and start more exercise. I have to stay on track no matter how long it takes.
