Not bad...the least I've weighed in 2 years! The trick is maintaining this. I won't eat any more candy or junk food until Saturday at 5pm. Then I'll have a few slices of pizza and lots of wine. On Sunday, I'll go back to being good :-)
132.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
