Back at 133 today. It took me 3 hours to gain 5 pounds and 3 days to lose it. Seems fair enough...not really. Enough whining though. I was going to go on the dreaded 3 Day Military Diet, but my weight is at a good point (Spanx will shave off the few remaining pounds). I'm happy to celebrate eating healthy and staying out of Military Diet hell.
