Well It has been almost 120 since my last Weigh In. Lot of things has changed. So did my goal weight. During that time I started hitting the gym, I gained some weight. Some of it is muscle, but yeah there is still some excess fat I want to get rid of. From now on it is gonna be fat loss, not just weight loss! Wish you beatiful day guys. Stay Strong.
237.0 lb Lost so far: 16.5 lb.    Still to go: 27.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Keep up the excellent progress. Participating in a challenge is where we need to be for motivation. Also, opening up to your buddies a bit more may be encouraging also.
