I started fat flush febuary 22, 2007 weighing 314, on april 24th I weighed 265, Whoo Hoo is the change wonderful or what? Everyone on fat flush has such dramatic results, it is amazing to me, I could wish all day long that I had never gotten this out of shape,but now its getting better. Grandson in little league, I volunteered to help during games. Now I can, Everyone have a very wonderful flushing week.
