Been doing really good on my detox. This is day 2. I have been drinking tea/juice/"lemonade". I accidently took a big sip of a juice i thought was zero calories, but was 120/bottle. I probably consumed 50cals. I also ate a tiny bit of gravy.
At one point it said on my scale 137. Wow.
Food isn't so big of a deal. I'm excited about crock potting a beef and veggie stew sometime this week, and about breakfast on Monday (just oatmeal).
