It's been a few days since I've seriously logged my food and exercise, or lack thereof. I've also been letting my good eating habits slip away. I can't believe even after all this hard work is still so easy for bad habits to come creeping back. It's no big deal. Slip ups happen and I'm back working hard again. But this is just something I think I'll always have to keep in mind.
