I am still learning how to use this great tool. Thank you FatSecret! Had a great week, because of Fat Secret, I have learned why I have been on a plateau for forever. I was sending a message to my body that I was going to starve. I am trying to be more consistent in posting my food intake, I'm hoping that this will help.
