I'm going to start back up with the exercise today. My weight loss has stalled for the last several days, so time to get serious. Still psyched about how much better I feel with just 13 pounds down. I feel like a different person!
I got taken out to eat at Outback Steakhouse last night as a surprise. We split a bloomin' onion 3 ways. It was so very good, but it killed my stomach all night long. Another obvious clue that my body can't handle all that grease and fat. When will I start listening!!!!! I stayed under my RDI (but just barely) after the Outback meal, but I should have taken half of it home. Got to remember to do that too!
