I'm stuck at 133 lbs. It's good and bad (more good). I guess I've plateaued. I have just 3 more pounds to go. I don't want to cut out much more food because I've cut out enough. I need the energy for exercise and the stress I'm going through. However, if I want to get down to 130 I will need to cut more. Carbs are always the easiest to pick on.
