Well, 3 pounds is progress, but slow progress considering it's been 19 days since I last weighed myself. But, I'm not gonna give in. I know what's been getting to me though is those Atkins meal bars I've been eating. I know they slow the weight loss, but they are so convenient and I've been craving sweets. I've been pretty bloated lately, but I think that's from all the diet soda (the carbonation) and the meal bars. Also, this past month I started adding back some nut products, specifically almond milk and almond flour. Since I've been on induction I haven't had nuts, but I feel like after a full year on induction (started Atkins Nov. 3, 2014) that I should start adding a little back. Almond flour with a glass of almond milk tastes like cheating, but it's not, so that makes me happy. It's been a long year, but I'm proud of how far I've come. Now if I could only get these last stubborn 20 pounds to come off. Grr.
