considering I ate a whole lot of pizza yesterday (albeit home made), I am surprised my weight did not go up. I am wearing a relatively lighter shirt.. so I don't know if that contributes that big a factor. Anyway, ending the week on a relatively happy note.
If I can somehow go for a walk or something over the weekend, I may be able to keep things in check.
