Well I made it through the week without a gain even though I actually had things like banana bread, a slice of chocolate cake, a mini pig-out of hummus and rye crisp and 2 slices of pizza. This was a trial run to see how additional carbs would affect my weight loss. Now I know that as long as I add some exercise I will keep losing even though I eat additional carbs since I stayed the same this week without any exercise. The rowing machine should be here today or tomorrow and a new phase of my plan will go into effect. Hope you are all doing well in your endeavors. See you next week :)
