I forgot to weigh in today, but I am pretty sure I have gained a few pounds but that is okay because I have some things on the horizon that I wanted to expound upon. I have decided to do away with daylight savings time. A lot of people ask themselves, "What would I do if I had just one more hour in the day?" The fall back time during daylight savings is the greatest time gap I can think of to obtain one more hour. I recently joined a Thursday running group that meets at 5am so I feel that if I could wake up at 4am on these days while can I not do this everyday. So far I feel splendid I woke up at 4am rather than 5am and workout. I am also really focused on making sure I have a plan. At the gym today I did 3 minutes intervals from 4 to 7 mph for 36 minutes. I also had a little time to do some weight exercises. On top of this I joined a fitbit challenge and I am in it to win it.

In addition, I feel like this is the adrenaline rush you get from making New Year's resolutions. I just finished an amazing book, "Chasing Hope" by Kathryn Cushman that has inspired me to no end regarding running. This weekend I went on a jog around my block and then a 3.5 jog after spin but I am a little worried because the popping sound is back when I go up the steps but not as loud. There is no pain associated with it at this time so I hoping it is not serious.
