congratulations is such an accomplishment I'm very proud of you. I know that that probably did cause you compensate slightly with food calories but still I'm so proud of you! I'm not sure about your drinking habits CJ but I know for Ryan that would be just so huge. I know that if I could get him to take this step that that would really make such a huge difference in his house in behavior I hope that one day that we could see such a change in him as well. in fact I've been worrying about his health for some time now he's been showing some pre-diabetics/diabetic symptoms that I think may be directly connected to his alcohol intake. I hope you can keep you reduced intake up try not to think much about your increased calories sometimes better health comes with some consequences. I am also dealing with this in some ways I regained the weight that I had lost while 🤒 being ill...well that should make me overjoyed. But mentally it makes me bothered physically of course it has made me healthier. Everyone of course assured me that I don't look like I gained weight at all but it bothers me so even if it's a healthier weight and probably easier on my body to gain the muscle that I'm trying to build 🤷. But so proud of you for your accomplishment.
