Thanks guys! Very small drop but I’ve tweaked my WOE a bit and hopefully it will activate my system! I was keeping carbs around 60-70 grams a day. This made my total daily calories to drop to below 1200, sometimes below 1,00 calories daily. In meantime I added two full days of all cardio at gym. I think maybe my body started to hang on to weight to compensate…Im now eating 100 carbs daily on days I do all cardio and trying to eat 1300 calls a day. Still going the clean eating route. It really helps my joints! Also because I have Hashimoto disease Im requesting Dr to order blood work. I’ve been losing alot of hair, my nails have deep vertical ridges, and my sleep has been horrible. Good just be sure all is ok in that department. 💜
